    1. General Provisions

    These Terms & Conditions govern the relationship between JulyVet Veterinary Clinic and its clients regarding the provision of veterinary services and use of the website julyvet.com.

    2. Services

    JulyVet provides veterinary services including preventive check-ups, vaccinations, dental care, surgery, laboratory diagnostics, and more. The full list of services is available on our website and at the clinic.

    3. Booking Appointments

    Appointments can be made by phone or online through our website. When booking online you choose a service, date and time and pay for the service online; the appointment is considered booked once the payment succeeds, and you receive a confirmation by email. To change or cancel an appointment, please contact the clinic by phone as early as possible and no later than 2 hours before the appointment.

    4. Prices and Payment

    Service prices are published on the website in euro (EUR) with their equivalent in Bulgarian lev (BGN). Services booked online are paid in advance by card through our payment provider Stripe. When you confirm a booking the amount is held on your card and charged once the appointment has been successfully added to the clinic calendar; if the booking cannot be completed (for example, the slot was taken in the meantime) the hold is released automatically. The clinic does not store your card details. Additional services or procedures performed during the visit beyond the booked service are paid at the clinic in cash or by card. Prices for such additional services are indicative and are determined after examination.

    5. Liability

    JulyVet makes every effort for the health of your pet but does not guarantee a specific treatment outcome, as it depends on multiple factors. The clinic is not liable for complications arising from non-compliance with prescribed instructions.

    6. Website

    Website content is informational and does not replace professional veterinary consultation. Copying, distributing, or otherwise using materials from the site without express written consent is prohibited.

    7. Changes

    JulyVet reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions. The current version is always available on our website.
