    We collect the following categories of personal data: • Full name • Phone number • Email address (when submitting a contact form or booking online) • Information about your pet (species, breed, age, health history) • Appointment and visit records • For online payments — transaction details (service, amount, date, payment reference). Your card details are entered directly with our payment provider Stripe and are never stored by the clinic.

    Your personal data is used for: • Providing veterinary services and care for your pet • Managing appointments and communicating with you • Sending reminders for upcoming vaccinations or check-ups • Improving our services and user experience

Data is shared only with service providers who assist us in our operations, subject to appropriate safeguards: • Stripe — online payment processing (name, email, phone, amount, and card details, which are processed by Stripe only) • VetsWise — clinic management and appointment calendar system (name, phone, email, service, date and time) • Hosting and email providers used to run the website and send booking confirmations
