    Let's Talk About Neutering

Many people are horrified by the thought of neutering their pet. Is it the right thing to do? And the anaesthetic – will they cope with it? Will they still be the same beloved creature they were before? Is the risk worth it?

Yes, and today we will try to tell you why.

Neutering solves many problems, some in the short term and others in the long term.

From a University of Georgia study from April 2013, conducted on over 40,000 animals, we know that dogs' lives are extended by an average of 2 to 5 years when they are neutered.

Tumours: Female dogs and cats spayed before their first heat are very unlikely to develop mammary tumours.

Our advice is: neuter! If you are afraid or have doubts, you should get a consultation. Do not gamble on the hope that it will not happen to your pet, because the stakes are too high.
